Chips and Play Money
Is any real money involved?
No. Every chip in Table Ready is play money. There is no real-money gambling, nothing to buy, nothing to cash out, and no prizes. The app has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
What happens when I run out of chips?
The casino tables share one $1,000 starting stack. If you run out at any table, a free Rebuy puts you back to $1,000 and back in the game.
Can I reset my chips?
Yes. Go to Settings → Bankroll and tap Reset to $1,000. Your chips go back to the starting stack; your sessions and progress are kept.
Are tournament chips the same as my bankroll?
No. The No-Limit Hold’em tournament uses its own tournament chips, which exist only for that tournament and don’t touch your bankroll.
The Coach
What do the coach modes do?
Choose a mode in Settings → Coach. It applies to every table game.
| Mode | What happens on a mistake |
|---|---|
| Strict | A wrong move is blocked until you make the chart play. |
| Flag mistakes | Your move goes through, and the coach flags the mistake and explains it. |
| Silent | No interruptions. Mistakes show up in the session summary. |
Why don’t I see Apple Intelligence explanations or follow-up questions?
On iPhones with Apple Intelligence turned on, the coach writes its explanation on device and you can ask follow-up questions. On other iPhones, or while Apple Intelligence is off or still downloading, the coach gives notes built from the same strategy facts instead, so every decision still gets an explanation. Follow-up questions need Apple Intelligence.
To check, open Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri on your iPhone.
Does the coach ever choose the play?
No. The strategy engine decides the right play for every game. The coach only explains it.
iCloud Sync
How does sync work?
If you’re signed in to iCloud, your sessions, streaks, lesson scores and chip stack sync across your devices through your own iCloud account. There’s no sign-up and no account to create. If iCloud is off, everything stays on this iPhone.
What doesn’t sync?
A tournament you saved to finish later and your settings (coach mode, table rules, theme) stay on the device they were made on.
My progress isn’t showing up on another device.
- Make sure both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account.
- Check that iCloud is enabled for Table Ready in Settings → [your name] → iCloud.
- Open Table Ready on both devices while connected to the internet and give it a minute. iCloud sync isn’t instant.
Your Data
How do I delete my data?
Deleting Table Ready from your iPhone removes everything stored on that device. To remove the synced copy as well, go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage, find Table Ready, and delete its data.
What does Table Ready collect?
Only anonymous crash reports, used to fix bugs. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Requirements
- iPhone running iOS 26 or later
- Apple Intelligence explanations require an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence
- Available in English and Spanish
